CXG Appoints Dabei Lu as Regional Vice President for Greater China

Dabei’s journey with CXG began in 2014 in Shanghai while she was still a student. After completing her studies in Hong Kong, she rejoined CXG in 2016 as a Senior Key Account Associate. Her relentless drive for excellence and unwavering commitment to CXG’s values led to her appointment as Deputy Regional Vice President for the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan (HMT) market in 2023. In December 2024, she was appointed as Regional Vice President to oversee the entire Greater China market.
As Regional Vice President, Dabei will lead CXG’s Greater China operations, focusing on driving strategic growth and operational excellence. Her leadership will be key in strengthening CXG’s market presence, identifying sustainable business opportunities, and solidifying the company’s position as a leader in luxury customer experience consultancy. Dabei will oversee regional operations, fostering team collaboration and cohesion to ensure the seamless execution of CXG’s mission. She will engage with both internal teams and external partners to build strong relationships and align regional efforts with the company’s global objectives.
